Dhruv Kishore Bole, M.B.A, PCQI, LSSGB, is a hospitality and food safety specialist with qualifications in hotel management, food safety, and quality management systems. He has extensive experience spanning more than 12 years in operational and training roles. His expertise centers on hospitality operation, food and beverage services, and food safety. He is certified by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India in food safety competencies. Janna Hamlett, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at the University of Idaho Extension and a Food Processing Specialist with TechHelp, Idaho's Manufacturing Extension Partnership Center. She has over 15 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, with a background in quality and operations management including numerous certifications in lean processing management, personnel safety, and food safety and quality programs. 

Lone Jespersen, Ph.D., is a published author, speaker, and the Principal and Founder of Cultivate SA, a Switzerland-based organization dedicated to eradicating foodborne illness, one culture at a time. Dr. Jespersen has worked with improving food safety through organizational culture improvements for 20 years, since she started at Maple Leaf Foods in 2004. She chaired the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) technical working group A Culture of Food Safety, chaired the International Association of Food Protection (IAFP) professional development group Food Safety Culture, and was the technical author on the BSI PAS320 Practical Guide to Food Safety Culture. Dr. Jespersen holds a Ph.D. in Culture Enabled Food Safety from the University of Guelph in Canada and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syd Dansk University in Denmark. She is a visiting Professor at the University of Central Lancashire in the UK. Dr. Jespersen serves as Chair of the IFPTI board and as Director on the Stop Foodborne Illness board. She is also a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Food Safety Magazine and a member of the Educational Advisory Board of the Food Safety Summit.

Caitlin Karolenko, Ph.D. is a Scientific Program Manager at the Institute for the Advancement of Food and Nutrition Sciences (IAFNS). In this role, Dr. Karolenko leads various food safety initiatives including the Food Microbiology Committee. Additionally, she manages organizational projects to promote and enhance scientific integrity in the food and nutrition research process. Dr. Karolenko received her Ph.D. in Food Science with a concentration in Food Microbiology from Oklahoma State University. She has direct experience with process validation, including pathogen inhibition and microbiome analysis.

Cristopher A. Young (COL RET.), D.V.M., M.P.H., Diplomate A.C.V.P.M. is a Professor of Practice in the Department of Animal Science at Auburn University's College of Agriculture and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Pathology at the University of Georgia’s College of Veterinary Medicine. He received his D.V.M. from Auburn University in 1994. He completed his M.P.H. degree at Western Kentucky University in 2005 and is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Preventive Medicine. He also served 27 years in the Army Reserve Veterinary Corps in many positions, including two board select command assignments, two combat deployments, and numerous Global Health Engagements.
