Ms. Chapman has held leadership roles at companies including Amazon, Beyond Meat, and PepsiCo, managing quality assurance across facilities, developing compliance strategies, and mentoring teams. She holds an M.S. degree in Food Safety and actively contributes to professional associations including the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), the Grocer Manufacture Retail Association (GRMA), and the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
