Rance Baker

Rance Baker is the Director of Education and Training for the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA). He has significant experience in retail operations, ranging from managing restaurants at all levels to managing regions in the natural food market industry. He has also designed new food concepts for large corporations, developed wine bars and specialty market concepts, and worked as a design chef developing new products for the airline industry. In his current role with NEHA, he brings a strong understanding of how the private sector interacts with regulatory concerns, and builds strong partnerships to increase the effectiveness of the work of environmental health professionals.
