Frank Yiannas M.P.H.

Frank Yiannas, M.P.H. is the former Deputy Commissioner for Food Policy and Response at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). A renowned food safety expert and author, prior to FDA, Mr. Yiannas held leadership roles with two industry giants: Walmart and the Walt Disney Company. Through his career, he’s been recognized for his role in elevating food safety standards and building effective food safety management systems based on modern science and risk-based prevention principles.
