Santoshi Muriki M.S., PCQI

Santoshi Muriki, M.S., PCQI is the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager for Affiliated Foods Inc., a member-owned grocery cooperative in Amarillo, Texas. She oversees food safety compliance across a supplier network of more than 1,000 vendors and serves as the company's primary liaison to the FDA, USDA, and Texas DSHS. Her food safety career spans two continents, from HACCP program development and export audits at ITC's Agri Business Division in Hyderabad, India to regulatory compliance leadership in the U.S. She holds an M.S. degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Central Oklahoma, a B.S. degree in Food Science from Osmania University, and certifications including SQF, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, BRCGS, HACCP, and PCQI.
