Ana Maria Coronado, M.B.A., is an international food safety regulatory expert and independent consultant based in Peru. She has extensive experience in food regulatory affairs, including regulations and standards development and application for the government and private sectors. She develops consultancy work for various national and international public, private, and United Nations (UN) agencies for development and compliance in regulatory matters of food and environment, capacity-building in public health, quality assurance, development of business plans, and food safety training.
