Julie Swann Ph.D.

Julie Swann, Ph.D. is the A. Doug Allison Distinguished Professor in the Edward P. Fitts Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at North Carolina State University. She is also a Past President of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) and an expert in health systems and supply chain management.
