Daniel M. Gerstein Ph.D.

Daniel M. Gerstein, Ph.D., is a Senior Policy Researcher at the RAND Corporation, a nonprofit, nonpartisan research institution, as well as a Professor of Policy Analysis at Pardee RAND Graduate School. He formerly served as the Undersecretary (acting) and Deputy Undersecretary in the Science and Technology Directorate of the Department of Homeland Security from 2011–2014.
