Free Online Certification Courses on Codex Available in Three Languages via FAO

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) now offer free, certified online learning courses on topics related to Codex Alimentarius through the FAO e-Learning Academy. The courses are available in English, Spanish, and French.

The courses cover:

  • An Introduction to Codex
  • Engaging in Codex
  • Science and Risk Analysis in Codex
  • Codex Collaboration at a Regional Level.

Links to the courses in each language can be found as follows: English, French, and Spanish.
