Trustwell to Begin FSMA 204 Compliance Pilot Project for LSG Sky Chefs

LSG Sky Chefs has selected Trustwell to develop its traceability recordkeeping system, which will bring the company into compliance with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA’s) Food Traceability Final Rule, fulfilling Subpart 204 of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA 204).
The project will include a pilot program using FoodLogiQ’s traceability platform. Onsite workshops will be conducted at LSG Sky Chefs facilities, as well as knowledge assessments. Additionally, educational sessions will be held for key stakeholders to promote FSMA 204 compliance through strategic innovations and enhanced operations.
Trustwell hopes that its collaboration with LSG Sky Chefs will not only help the company comply with FSMA 204, but will also set a new benchmark for industrywide traceability practices that help bolster food safety across the supply chain.
The initiative will be led by FSMA 204 expert Julie McGill, Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy and Insights at Trustwell.
