CEJN has introduced SafetyReel FS, a food-safe retractable hose reel engineered specifically for hygienic compressed air applications in the food and beverage industry. This new offering extends CEJN’s trusted SafetyReel family of industrial hose reels with features designed to meet strict food processing standards and support safe, clean workplaces.  

Within the food and beverage industry, maintaining clean, food-grade compressed air is essential to prevent contamination, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect consumers. To enhance food safety throughout the production process, SafetyReel FS maintains food-grade airflow throughout. Every component that comes in contact with compressed air, from housing and hose to couplings and seals, meets U.S. and EU food-contact regulations.

CEJN SafetyReel FS features a newly developed food-grade stop-ball in metal- and X-ray-detectable plastic, supporting foreign material detection systems and adding an extra level of safety in food production environments.

In addition to its food-safe features, SafetyReel FS delivers the same dependability and performance as other CEJN SafetyReel models.

SafetyReel FS is available in hose lengths of 10–17 meters (approximately 32.8–55.8 feet) with PUR food-grade hose, making it suitable for a wide range of facility layouts.
