Alliance to Stop Foodborne Illness, FDA Announce Next Food Safety Culture Webinar

The Alliance to Stop Foodborne Illness and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announce the next webinar in their food safety culture webinar series, "Live your values day by day: Avoid complacency through proactive, ongoing reinforcement of company values."
The webinar will take place on Wednesday, February 18 at 11 a.m. CT, with guest speakers Sean Leighton of Cargill and Sarah Nayani of Arctic Storm Management. Speakers will share practical strategies for avoiding complacency through proactive, ongoing reinforcement of company values.
This session will offer real-world case studies and opportunities for direct engagement, including an extended Q&A with attendees.
The Alliance and FDA have partnered on a multi-part webinar series focused on advancing food safety culture. Expanding from the work in series one, the 2025–2026 webinar series will explore a different aspect of Edgar Schein's model of organizational culture building from "underlying beliefs," "espoused values," and finally, "artifacts."
The February 18 webinar is free and open to the public. Learn more and register here.
