Stop Foodborne Illness, FDA Food Safety Culture Webinar Series Continues

The Alliance to Stop Foodborne Illness and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are collaborating on a second webinar series focused on advancing food safety culture.
Building upon Series One, the 2025–2026 webinar series is exploring Edgar Schein's model of organizational culture, moving from "Underlying Beliefs” to "Espoused Values" to "Artifacts."
The third installment of Series Two, titled, “Measure the Power of Declared Values,” will be held on December 17, 2025 at 11:00 A.M CT. The webinar features guest speakers Greg Pritchard, Vice President of Quality, Regulatory, and Scientific Affairs, Nestlé and Jon Cowell, CEO, Maola, who will share examples of how metrics should reinforce a company’s values.
Regular presenters include Conrad Choiniere, Ph.D., Director, Office of Microbiological Food Safety, FDA; Lone Jespersen, Ph.D., Principal, Cultivate SA; and Vanessa Coffman, Ph.D., Director, Alliance to STOP Foodborne Illness, Stop Foodborne Illness.
The session will offer real-world case studies and opportunities for direct engagement, including an extended question-and-answer session.
The webinar is free and open to the public. Registration is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
