New Catalyst LLC Courses Develop Soft Skills, Emotional Intelligence in Food Safety Professionals

Catalyst LLC is launching a new suite of online courses designed to close skill gaps and enhance emotional intelligence (EQ) in the workplace.

As the food and beverage industry evolves, the importance of industry leaders to improve soft skills and emotional intelligence has never been more critical. Recognizing this, Catalyst LLC has developed a suite of courses aimed at helping professionals improve their EQ, leading to better communication, stronger relationships, and more effective leadership.

The aim of the courses is to empower professionals with the tools they need to navigate the leadership and culture in the food and beverage industry with confidence and empathy.
