Focus Works’ SQF-Sentinel to Win Best in Baking Award at IBIE 2016

Focus Works’ SQF-Sentinel paperless food safety software has been honored as a 2016 Becoming Environmentally Friendly Together (BEST) product. This award recognizes companies that supply products and/or services to the baking industry that help to decrease landfill waste, foster energy, conserve water, and reduce environmental impacts. The award will be presented to Focus Works at this year’s International Baking Industry Expo (IBIE), October 8-11 in Las Vegas.

At the expo, Focus Works will proudly demonstrate its award-winning software that not only reduces food safety labor and provided real-time verification, but also has reduced the volume of paper and toner for medium to large food plants by $3,000 to $5,000 per year.

SQF-Sentinel was also awarded with an American Society of Baking Innovation Award in 2015.

IBIE is the largest and most comprehensive event for the baking industry with over 1000 exhibitors and over 20,000 attendees.
