Veralto Acquires Alfaa UV to Expand Ultraviolet Water Treatment Portfolio
Veralto Corporation has acquired India-based Alfaa UV, expanding its portfolio of ultraviolet (UV) water treatment technologies for industrial and commercial applications.
Alfaa UV develops UV-based water and air purification technologies. The company serves industrial and commercial customers, including the food and beverage sector, and has manufacturing facilities in Mumbai and Talegaon, Maharashtra. Alfaa UV maintains an in-house research and development team focused on advancing UV treatment systems.
Alfaa UV will be integrated into Veralto's Trojan Technologies business, which provides UV treatment and filtration technologies for municipal, industrial, and residential water applications. Trojan Technologies markets technologies under the TrojanUV, Aquafine, VIQUA, AQUAFIDES, and Aria Filtra brands.
The acquisition supports Veralto's industrial water treatment business in India while creating opportunities to expand across the Asia-Pacific region.
