BETE Introduces FlexiSan Modular Spray System for Open Plant Cleaning

July 8, 2026

BETE Fog Nozzle LLC has announced the launch of the FlexiSan Modular Spray System, a cleaning and sanitizing solution designed for use in food and beverage processing facilities and other industrial applications.

According to the company, the system is intended to support Open Plant Cleaning (OPC) by simplifying cleaning and sanitizing processes, reducing downtime, and improving operational efficiency. It can be used to apply cleaning and sanitizing chemicals to processing equipment such as conveyors, hoppers, bins, mixers, and other production areas.

The base system includes a mobile cart with integrated chemical handling and at least one clean-in-place (CIP) spray header. The cart connects directly to a facility's water supply and can deliver up to two chemicals, typically a cleaner and a sanitizer, through the spray header.

For applications requiring higher-pressure cleaning, BETE also offers the FlexiSan Max, which includes a pump package capable of delivering 400–600 psi to the CIP spray bar for removal of more persistent residues.
