The Food Grade Sanitary Valve Connection seamlessly integrates with MoistTech's IR-3000 series of online sensors, enabling instant measurement of moisture levels in various food products. Designed to adapt to the process pipeline's conveyed material, this connection allows the product to flow directly against the near-infrared (NIR) detector without waste or contamination. This solution assists manufacturers in the food and snack industries, where precise moisture control is critical for maintaining optimal taste, appearance, consistency, stability, and shelf life.

By incorporating the technology into their production lines, food manufacturers can achieve substantial benefits including improved product consistency, reduced waste, and increased energy efficiency in drying processes. The ability to make immediate process adjustments based on real-time measurements empowers operators to maintain optimal moisture levels throughout production.
