Jean-Francois Huc, Vice President, Pyure. Jean-Francois Huc is Vice President at The Pyure Company, having previously served as CEO for four years. Prior to Pyure, he was the Vice President of Innovation and Business Development at Greenfield Global. He also previously served as CEO and Co-Founder of BioAmber, a renewable chemicals company, and led startups in the fields of internet, transgenics, and natural health. Mr. Huc has also worked in pharmaceuticals and management consulting. He holds an M.B.A. degree from York University and a B.Sc. degree in Biochemistry from Western University.





Larry Keener, CFS, PA, President and CEO, International Product Safety Consultants Inc. Larry Keener is President and Chief Executive Officer of International Product Safety Consultants Inc. (IPSC) based in Seattle, Washington. IPSC is a global leader in providing food safety and food technology solutions to the food processing industry for a broad client base of Fortune 500 food companies, academic research institutes, and government agencies. IPSC is engaged in the conformity, risk assessment, and food safety verification business. Larry is an internationally regarded microbiologist and process authority in the food industry. His areas of expertise include applied food microbiology and the development and application of novel preservation technologies. He is a 2013 Fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), a Board Certified Food Scientist (International Food Science Certification Commission), and a 2018 recipient of the International Union of Food Science and Technology's (IUFoST's) Lifetime Achievement Award for his work in microbiology and food safety. He has received numerous other awards and honors.
