Hygiena Acquires Nexcor, Maker of KLEANZ and CAMS-PM

Hygiena has acquired Nexcor Food Safety Technologies, the creator of food industry sanitation and equipment maintenance software KLEANZ and CAMS-PM. The partnership enables Hygiena and Nexcor to streamline two critical, interconnected food safety functions within food companies.
With the acquisition, Hygiena plans to integrate its SureTrend analytics platform into KLEANZ’s sanitation software. SureTrend enables Hygiena customers to efficiently plan, schedule, test, capture, store, protect, analyze, audit, and report on their critical testing data. Integrating Nexcor’s data will allow Hygiena to leverage sophisticated machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) for predictive insights, enhancing risk mitigation and advancing food safety.
Hygiena will use its extensive global customer base and commercial network to more widely offer KLEANZ and CAMS-PM, along with its integrated SaaS food safety offerings. Nexcor will contribute to the partnership its dedicated customer base and strong market presence in the food, beverage, and packaging sectors.
