EZ Maintain Announces World’s First Cloud-based Computerized Maintenance Management Software
EZmaintain has introduced world’s first cloud-based computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) that can integrate IoT sensors to measure temperature and vibration levels of like motors, gearboxes, generators and more. Sensors generate real-time data that is transmitted via the Internet into EZmaintain’s cloud-based CMMS.
Users can run web-based CMMS independently to manage failure or preventive work orders and maintenance activities. Adding these smart IoT sensors allows users to capture real-time data for condition monitoring through which alerts can be viewed directly via CMMS dashboard. If the temperature or vibration signal is above set alert limits, you have the option to generate a work order with one-click.
The CMMS works from both desktop and mobile devices with ease, and the low cost and easy setup of these sensors allow it to be used in various industrial or commercial applications. The system is ideal for small to large factories that deal with water and/or food processing.
