Paster Training, Inc. has begun using and distributing a new food safety manual, the SURE Food Safety Manager Manual. Available for purchase as of Feb. 10, the trainer-tested manual is published by Instruis Publishing Company.

This new, easy-to-follow manual was created by industry and regulatory professionals, includes the 2013 FDA Food Code and was written for both foodservice and retail establishments, according to Paster Training. The book will be used in all of Paster Training's public classes in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. It will also be available for purchase by independent trainers.

The Food Safety Manager Manual is a part of the SURE product line that Instruis Publishing Company started releasing during 2013. The product line consists of Alcohol HACCP, Food Defense, Food HACCP, and an Alcohol Log and Incident Report Book.

The manual can be used with any ANSI-accredited Food Protection Manager Examination. It will be available for $26.95 per manual and $59.95 with the ServSafe® answer sheet.
