Cold Jet to Provide Live Dry Ice Cleaning Demos at IFT

1c1ea4a3 6ac0 441f 81c51f9e9c10a3bb
June 21, 2018

Cold Jet, a developer of innovative dry ice cleaning solutions will be providing dry ice cleaning demonstrations at booth S-3454 at IFT 2018. The demos will utilize Cold Jet’s i³ MicroClean, which showcases the innovative dry ice blasting technology, a non-abrasive cleaning method that helps facilities clean without water.

Designed around Cold Jet’s patented shaved dry ice technology, the i³ MicroClean enables the cleaning of intricate cavities that other methods cannot reach. The MicroClean system extends the life of equipment by eliminating the need for chemicals, wire brushes, and abrasive pads. It helps reduce cross-contamination caused by nuts and other allergens and removes protein residues from food processing equipment. Additionally, the dry ice is food grade quality, and can decontaminate surfaces of bacteria such as Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria.

IFT 2018 will take place July 15-18 2018 at Chicago, IL’s McCormick Place. Cold Jet’s demos can be seen at booth S-3454.
