Mérieux NutriSciences has announced the grand opening of its new state-of-the-art facilities in Beijing, China. These new facilities allow Mérieux NutriSciences to better meet the clients’ expectations on a constantly and rapidly growing market. James Chen, Managing Director of Mérieux NutriSciences in China, officially opened the laboratory on February 26th.

Following its recent acquisition in China (Sino Analytica in Ningbo and Qingdao), Mérieux NutriSciences inaugurates a new lab in Beijing to reinforce its footprint in China. Built to support global food safety and quality challenges, the new lab provides outstanding microbiology capabilities. The lab will also benefit from cutting edge equipment operated by highly qualified experts as well as an integrated and unique Quality Systems Program, which is standard across the Mérieux NutriSciences global network.

Mérieux NutriSciences is present in China through its laboratories in Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao and Beijing providing food testing services as well as inspection, auditing and training services.
