Cornell CALS Announces Advancing Dry Sanitation Forum

Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (Cornell CALS) will host the Advancing Dry Sanitation forum on October 26–27, 2026 in Beloit, Wisconsin.
The event is intended for professional sanitarians, food safety leaders, hygienic design specialists, and managers working in low-moisture food manufacturing. The day-and-a-half forum will focus on science-based, practical approaches to dry sanitation, bringing together industry stakeholders to discuss emerging challenges and best practices.
Topics discussed will include new sanitation technologies, validation strategies, hygienic design, allergen control, and approaches to improving dry sanitation programs in low-moisture food production environments. According to Cornell CALS, the forum aims to foster industry alignment on effective dry sanitation practices and provide attendees with an opportunity to help shape future best practices for low-moisture food safety.
The event will take place at Kerry Group's North American Headquarters, located at 3400 Millington Road, Beloit, Wisconsin, 53511.
