Sennos Launches Brewery Partnership Program Focused on Fermentation Technology

Sennos has launched the Sennoselect Flagship Brewery Program, a partnership initiative with selected U.S. craft breweries intended to support development of the company's fermentation intelligence technology.
The program is open to craft breweries using its Sennosystem fermentation intelligence platform across their operations. Sennosystem continuously monitors fermentation performance, replacing periodic sampling and manual checks with continuous sensing and artificial intelligence (AI)-based analysis intended to help breweries identify issues earlier, improve production planning, and enhance product consistency and operational efficiency.
Kona Brewing and Mother Earth Brewing Company are among the inaugural cohort of the Sennoselect Flagship Brewery Program. The initiative is intended to facilitate collaboration between participating breweries and the company's product and engineering teams.
According to Sennos, participating breweries will receive early access to new technologies, participate in quarterly innovation briefings, and serve on the Sennos Customer Advisory Council to provide feedback on future product development.
The Sennoselect Flagship Brewery Program will accept a limited number of participating U.S. craft breweries through January 1, 2027. More information can be found here.
