Ozone- and Diamond-Based Sanitation Solution Reduces Reliance on Harsh Chemicals

Element Six (E6) and Oxi Tech Solutions have partnered to develop an ozone-powered, synthetic diamond-enabled sanitation solution, which the company says reduces the reliance on harsh chemicals and enhances the safety, eco-friendliness, and effectiveness of industrial cleaning.
Oxi Tech’s Pulse Oxidation systems use water and low-voltage electricity to generate ozone, a natural disinfectant that inactivates bacteria and viruses. The integration of E6’s proprietary boron-doped diamond (BDD) technology increases the solution’s efficiency, durability, and ease of deployment at scale.
In the UK dairy sector, Oxi Tech’s system has already helped Yeo Valley’s Yoxter Organic Farm reduce chemical use by 75 percent and achieve 75 percent energy savings by minimizing the need to heat cleaning water, while maintaining high hygiene standards.
E6 and Oxi Tech are now bringing this technology to market more rapidly and expanding its use across industries—with a focus on food and beverage production—in the UK and globally.
