How to Monitor and Visualize Analytical Results for Smarter Food Safety

Environmental pathogen management and hygiene parameters are increasingly important food safety prerequisite programs as regulatory bodies move toward more preventive controls in food manufacturing. In general, Global Food Safety Initiative-approved standards require continuous trending of all analytical results.

This webinar will show examples on how to trend all kinds of results automatically, which saves companies time and resources, ensures continuity, and contributes to effective quality management, enabling faster action. Achieve smarter food safety!

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to construct a sampling regime
  • Understand requirements and regulations about data trends
  • Learn why data trending is smart and important
  • Gain knowledge on how to trend analytical results
