The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has partnered with the Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (JIFSAN) to offer a training module for aquaculture producers to aid in compliance with FDA regulations for seafood imports.
The Guelph Food Technology Centre has merged with NSF International, benefitting current members and clients with a broad array of NSF food safety training, auditing and certification services.
