Spring Coaching Program for Technical Food Safety Professionals

By Food Safety Magazine Editorial Team
Catalyst LLC spring 2024 technical leader bootcamp
January 16, 2024

Catalyst LLC's 2024 Technical Leader Bootcamp spring cohort kicks off on February 6, offering a transformative, 14-week online experience. The bootcamp is tailored for technical food industry professionals, providing a comprehensive curriculum, coaching, and a community to guide technical experts on the path to success.

Designed to address the pressing needs of the industry, Catalyst’s Technical Leader Bootcamp aims to help businesses cultivate strong technical leaders and foster a robust food safety culture. With a focus on professional development, the program directly tackles employees' challenges. A large majority of employees (74 percent) express the need for more development opportunities. By investing in Catalyst’s Technical Leader Bootcamp, businesses can expect significant improvements in employee retention, engagement, and overall wellbeing.

The coaching-based program is tailored for food safety, quality, research and development, engineering, regulatory, and other technical food professionals. The bootcamp empowers employees to take ownership of their roles, develop leadership skills, and enhance self-awareness through proven techniques.

Individuals will embark on a journey of continuous learning and leadership development with the 14-week Technical Leader Bootcamp. Despite busy schedules, individuals can transform their leadership style with just 1–2 hours per week required for online modules and weekly group coaching labs.

Interested individuals and organizations can secure their spot in the upcoming cohort, taking place from February 6–May 7, 2024, by registering on Catalyst’s website. Inquiries about group rates can be sent to hello@foodsafetycatalyst.com.
