Sprague Pest Solutions has announced its successful acquisition of Home and Office Pest Control, expanding the company’s footprint in Montana.

The acquisition provides Sprague with increased capacity to service agriculture, food, distribution, and government clients in Montana. With the acquisition, Sprague gains an expanded footprint, spanning 19 counties that make up nearly a third of the state. The significant acquisition that allows Sprague to better serve its commercial clients in Montana by providing them with comprehensive and customized pest control solutions.

The acquisition is the first for Sprague in 2024. Since 1975, the company has acquired nearly 30 pest control companies throughout the Western U.S.
