Nominations Open for New IAFP Europe Food Safety Award

The International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) has announced the IAFP Europe Food Safety Award, which is a new honor for 2024 that recognizes an active IAFP Member from Europe for dedicated and exceptional contributions to the profession of food safety in the region.

Sponsored by Novolyze, the award consists of a plaque and €2,500 monetary support (i.e., €1000 honorarium plus €1,500 maximum travel and accommodation costs) to attend IAFP’s European Symposium on Food Safety. The 2024 conference is scheduled for April 30–May 2 in Geneva, Switzerland.

The nomination deadline is Thursday, February 1, 2024. More information about the award can be found on the IAFP website.
