MilliporeSigma Expands Service Offerings into Food and Beverage Market
MilliporeSigma is now expanding its extensive service offerings to include food and beverage product installations, training, and extended warranties.
As part of this service expansion, MilliporeSigma will now give its food and beverage customers the opportunity to leverage MilliporeSigma’s large service capabilities with installation and qualification training at company facilities to ensure proper technique and application knowledge. As well, repairs and extended warranties for the acquired BioControl product lines have been added to the service portfolio.
New services rolled out focus on the GDS and Pipette Max system installation and qualification. In addition, operator qualification training and yearly requalification training is available. Previous services offered for air monitoring instrumentation (MAS and RCS product lines) will be available to food and beverage customers ranging from qualification protocols, service agreements, and on-site qualification completion.
The BioMonitoring division of MilliporeSigma is responsible for microbial testing solutions, including instrumentation and consumables for Pharma and F&B applications.
