In early June, Mérieux NutriSciences announced the full acquisition of Bangalore Testing Laboratories Pvt Ltd., an independent testing laboratory located in Bangalore, Southern India. With this acquisition, Mérieux NutriSciences is well on its way to significantly strengthening their geographical presence and expanding their service offering in India.

Bangalore Testing Laboratories offers a complete spectrum of analytical services to various industries. The company operates a fully accredited laboratory in Bangalore covering a surface area of 20,000 sq ft.

Over the coming months, Bangalore Testing Laboratories will be transitioned into Mérieux NutriSciences’ laboratories network. With this acquisition, Mérieux NutriSciences now operates three accredited laboratories in India, strengthening the company’s position of a major network of private analytical laboratories in the country.
