Kalite Sistern Laboratories Group Acquired by Merieux NutriSciences Corporation

Mérieux NutriSciences Corporation has acquired Kalite Sistem Laboratories Group (KSL), a leading independent food testing laboratory in Turkey. With this acquisition, Mérieux NutriSciences expands their scientific services in food safety and quality in Turkey, and further enhances its position as a market leader in this region. This laboratory reinforces the Turkish network of Mérieux NutriSciences, already present in this Region with EgeChelab since 2012. KSL and EgeChelab operations will rapidly be combined and will operate as one single company in order to fulfill client requirements.
