Prosur Offers Suite of Natural Ingredient Solutions for Clear-Label Foods

Prosur has developed a toolkit of natural ingredient solutions that protect food, enabling manufacturers to stop using scrutinized chemicals and meet demands for clear-label products.

Tightening global regulations and growing consumer awareness about ultra-processed foods (UPFs) and food additives are accelerating the shift toward natural, minimally processed foods.

Responding to this trend, Prosur’s Get it Natural Toolbox is a ready-to-use suite of multifunctional natural ingredients that enable the removal of synthetic additives from food and beverages. The solutions offered in the toolbox are validated through industrial trials, independent third-party studies, and real-world commercial applications.

The Get it Natural Toolbox includes:

  • Chemical elimination: Next-generation natural ingredient systems that remove nitrites, phosphates, sulfites, and other unwanted chemicals from processed meats while improving yield, stabilizing shelf life, and maintaining texture, juiciness, and color
  • Fermentation: Crafted from upcycled superfoods through gentle water infusion with no solvents or additives, creating unfavorable conditions for spoilage organisms such as yeasts and molds

  • Cost-efficient cocoa alternative with fiber-driven digestive benefits: A soluble, upcycled carob fiber that reduces cocoa dependency while delivering structure, digestive support, and cost optimization.
