Speaker:

Paul Moyer, Co-Founder, Moyer Apple Products. Paul Moyer, a ninth-generation fruit farmer of Moyer Apple Products in Beamsville, had a need for a waterless decontamination solution. The Clean Works process was developed in 2015 after a non-associated caramel apple supplier was hit with a devastating outbreak of Listeria, which impacted the entire apple business in Canada. Clean Works’ innovative waterless technology kills up to 99.99 percent of pathogens on virtually any fruit or vegetable.
