Consumer Brands Association Launches Website to Dispel Food Processing Myths
The Consumer Brands Association (CBA) has launched a new online resource on the importance of food processing, providing science-based information to dispel myths about food processing and food safety.
The Food Processing Facts website helps explain how food processing contributes to nutrition, food security, safety, and accessibility. It also features a resource library with a comprehensive collection of fact-based articles, research papers, and expert opinions that contribute to the conversation about “ultra-processed” foods and their impact on health.
