Lund Food Holdings Selects PAR SureCheck Advantage Solution for Food Safety Program

ParTech, Inc.--a wholly-owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation--has announced that Lund Food Holdings, Inc. has selected the PAR SureCheck® Advantage Solution to support their food safety program at all of their Lunds & Byerly’s grocery stores. Lunds & Byerly’s, a Minnesota-based, family-owned company will deploy PAR’s SureCheck Advantage, Software-as-a-Service solution for food safety and checklist management across their 28 locations, which are all dedicated to quality, service and innovation.

“The SureCheck Advantage solution automates our Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) processes to improve efficiency, digitize our data, and proactively monitor all of our store’s quality and compliance,” says Chris Gindorff, senior manager of quality assurance and food safety.

The SureCheck Advantage solution automates operations, captures required data in real-time and synchronizes it to a cloud-based enterprise for seamless, automated storage and recall of food safety records for management, maintenance, analytics, and auditing.
