Mettler Toledo Unveils Demonstration Bus

Mettler Toledo Product Inspection Group has introduced its next-generation demonstration bus, which will bring product inspection technologies directly to food facilities across North America.
The mobile facility allows processors and packers to see a wide range of solutions in person, with many systems available for testing using their own products. The demo bus helps teams evaluate options and make informed purchase decisions.
The 54-foot demo bus features a redesigned interior with increased ceiling height and an expandable side section to create more space for live demonstrations and technical discussions.
Among the technologies on board are Mettler Toledo’s combination systems, which integrate multiple inspection functions into a single, space-efficient unit. On display are the CV35 combination checkweigher and vision system and the CM33 combination checkweigher and metal detector.
The demo bus also features the X52 X-ray inspection system, as well as several metal detectors, including the Profile Advantage GC, the M33R, the Profile Advantage pipeline metal detector, and a T Series throat metal detector equipped with the ATS automatic test system.
All systems on board are connected to Mettler Toledo’s ProdX data management software.
