Patent-Pending Motion Lube Caddy Enables Sanitary Oil Changes for Machinery
Motion Industries has launched the Motion Lube Caddy—a patent-pending, self-contained, towable lubrication cart engineered to streamline the servicing of enclosed machinery assets, and designed to reduce lubrication time while ensuring clean handling of new oil.
Developed by Motion’s Repair and Services Hydraulics Team, the Lube Caddy offers a fast, efficient, and clean method for lubricating enclosed gearing systems. It also supports hydraulic systems, mobile and agricultural equipment drive cases, and other applications relevant to the food and beverage industry—enhancing both operational efficiency and worker safety.
The caddy is available in 40- and 75-gallon capacities for new and used oil, with a 150-gallon hoistable version also offered. The towable dual-reservoir design enables sanitary, seamless oil changes without multiple containers.
Manual, automatic, and kidney loop operation modes provide flexibility for various maintenance needs, while the air-operated pump with auto shut-off prevents the pump from running dry, allowing safe, hands-free operation.
Eliminating the need for forklifts to move oil tanks, the caddy reduces risk and increases efficiency.
It is also fully customizable, with different options for power sources, tank sizes, and filter micron ratings to meet specific application requirements.
