Thermal Cycler for Everyday PCR
The new SimpliAmp™ Thermal Cycler is a small, accurate, easy-to-use thermal cycler designed to fit any lab’s needs for everyday PCR. It is designed with Applied Biosystems® engineering, including a responsive color touch-screen, remote connectivity for on-the-go monitoring, a USB drive for simple protocol transfer/backup, and a locking heated lid for sample protection. The cycler features VeriFlex™ Blocks technology, with three separate Peltier blocks to allow for precise control over three temperature zones, simplified optimization, and the ability to run up to three reactions with different annealing temperatures in the same PCR run.
