Food manufacturers, foodservice companies, grocery chains, and distributors face unique challenges under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Section 204, especially those ineligible for exemptions. In an industry where safety and compliance are not just priorities but necessities, the introduction of FSMA 204 has set new benchmarks. As the deadline of January 2026 inches closer, the need for a comprehensive and effective approach to achieving compliance is paramount. This webinar covers how to not only meet, but also excel in FSMA 204 compliance. Learn about the FDA’s upcoming FSMA 204 requirements and how to ensure that you are prepared for the new rule.

From this webinar, attendees will learn:

  • How to integrate traceability and food safety data in a holistic way
  • What are the triggers for FSMA 204 data sharing
  • How to share Key Data Elements (KDEs) with trading partners
  • How to implement a FSMA 204 program
