Nowicki Food Machinery is Now NOMA

BAK Food Equipment recently announced a name change from one of its partners—Poland-based Nowicki Food Machinery has become NOMA, effective immediately.

The name NOMA reflects the Nowicki family’s 50-year commitment to the food processing industry by combining the two core pillars of their business: the Nowicki family name (NO) and modern “machinery” for the food processing industry (MA). The Nowicki family has provided high-quality food processing solutions for more than half a century, and BAK Food Equipment has been Nowicki’s/NOMA’s North American distribution partner for a significant portion of that time.

As the exclusive North American distributor of NOMA, BAK Food Equipment provides a range of NOMA equipment, including tumblers, meat injectors, meat grinders, and other solutions. With a dedicated team of sales staff, engineers, and service technicians, BAK Food Equipment provides installation, design, engineering, and service for NOMA equipment nationwide.
