Foundation FSSC has published new guidance documents on Equipment Management and Food Loss and Waste, as well as updated guidance documents in line with the FSSC 22000 Version 6.0 Scheme requirements on Environmental Monitoring, Food Defense, Food Fraud Mitigation, Food Safety and Quality Culture, and Transport Tank Cleaning.
FSSC 22000 certification comprises three components: ISO 22000, the relevant PRP specification(s) (ISO/TS standards and BSI PAS), and the FSSC Additional Requirements. The requirements must be considered alongside the guidance documents.
