Motion Industries Inc. has announced the recent opening of Motion Ai’s new, extensive facility located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. As an industrial automation solution provider, Motion Ai was in need of a larger space for its growing business.

The new premises spans 105,000 square feet (sq. ft.), which is 55,000 sq. ft. larger than Motion Ai’s previous Eden Prairie facility. The expanded space allows for integrated use, including a regional sales and support center, classrooms for employee and customer training, a regional fulfillment center, assembly and fabrication shops, a proof-of-concept design area, and engineering labs for customer products and demonstration engagement.

In addition, Motion Ai capabilities at the new facility include large conveyor system builds, complete automation system builds, robotic and machine vision solutions, expanded pneumatic and machine control solutions, machining, welding, and other offerings. Motion Ai aims to meet the growing demands of its customers and industry by enhancing every facet of its automation and robotics solutions. The new investment allows for incremental expansion within the structure, including the hiring of new employees.

Motion Ai will hold an open house at the new facility in Spring 2023.
