We are happy to announce that Stacy Atchison, publisher of Food Safety Magazine and the Food Safety Matters Podcast, will be presenting as part of Roka’s event.

Stacy will hold a 15-minute presentation entitled Why Food Safety Matters on Tuesday, July 11th from 12:30 pm to 12:45 pm. at Roka's booth #521 at IAFP. Her talk will cover the recent launch of Food Safety Magazine’s podcast and why such a modern medium is a powerful tool in the food safety arena, particularly in such a high-tech world.
