Food Safety Magazine to Present at Roka Bioscience’s TechBits at the Booth at IAFP 2017
Next week at IAFP in Tampa, FL, Roka Bioscience will be hosting TechBits at the Booth--a series of eight short, informative presentations featuring experts from across the food safety industry. We are happy to announce that Stacy Atchison, publisher of Food Safety Magazine and the Food Safety Matters Podcast, will be presenting as part of Roka’s event.
Stacy will hold a 15-minute presentation entitled Why Food Safety Matters on Tuesday, July 11th from 12:30 pm to 12:45 pm. at Roka's booth #521 at IAFP. Her talk will cover the recent launch of Food Safety Magazine’s podcast and why such a modern medium is a powerful tool in the food safety arena, particularly in such a high-tech world.
