Roka Bioscience, Inc. will be exhibiting at the annual Beef Industry Food Safety Council Summit, March 3-5 in Dallas, TX. The annual meeting brings together representatives from all segments of the beef industry to develop industry-wide, science-based strategies to solve the problem of Escherichia coli O157:H7 and other foodborne pathogens in beef. In addition to exhibiting at this year's meeting, Roka Bioscience will be showcasing two scientific posters on solutions for E. coli O157:H7 testing.

Dr. W. Evan Chaney will be presenting a poster titled: Validation of the Atlas® STEC EG2 Combo Detection Assay for Big Six Non-O157 Shiga Toxin Producing Escherichia coli (STEC) in Ground Beef, Beef Trim, and Frozen Beef. The study was conducted at Marshfield Food Safety. Maureen Harte––Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt––will be presenting a poster titled: Using Quality Tools and Metrics for Comparison of Error Potential in E. coli Testing Methods.
