FPSA, producers of PROCESS EXPO, have teamed up with the Food Safety Summit, a leading conference focused on food safety.

The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) is pleased to offer three food safety certification courses at PROCESS EXPO taking place October 8-11, 2019 in Chicago’s McCormick Place. 

This technical program will take place on the PROCESS EXPO show floor and has been designed to address critical areas.

The Food Safety & Sanitary Design panel will feature expert speakers from all major industry segments and retail presenting on the important food safety issues currently facing the industry.

Robert Brackett of Illinois Tech discusses the Food Safety Modernization Act, the Preventive Controls for Human Food rule and the ABCs of Food Safety.
