Food Safety Webinar: Supply Chain Integrity - Strengthening the Global Supply Chain Network

How do you build trust in your supply chain?
Don’t miss this webinar from Lloyd’s Register, Ingredion, and Tate & Lyle, and Food Safety Magazine.

This interactive webinar will explore where and why weak points in the global supply chain remain that continue to lead to recalls, illnesses, and brand risk across the food industry. While many of these issues do not originate at the sites of major manufacturers or retailers, and instead may originate further down the supply chain, what is the call to action for industry and regulators to ensure the evolution of strong primary production standards and whole-chain transparency that is so vital to delivering true product integrity?

The webinar panel of industry experts include Pam Malcontento, Senior Director, North America Quality at Ingredion Incorporated; James Nasella, Global Food Safety and Quality, Tate & Lyle; and Stephen Sanderson, Head of Agriculture, Customized Assurance at Lloyd’s Register. Together, they will share their experiences and insights on some of the most pressing issues impacting food producers today.

Key Topics:

  • Supply chain weak points: Are these ‘new’ or just more noticeable due to the ever-increasing standards expected by customers?
  • Collaboration: The key roles that retailers, suppliers, and farms play to strengthen supply chains
  • Reducing vulnerability: How data exchange, digitalization, and more open communication can improve supply chain transparency

Following the presentation, there will be an opportunity for audience questions to be put to our expert panel, making this an opportunity not to be missed.
